很多人希望生個白白胖胖的健康小孩,但要是太重,可是會造成母親生產風險,有醫院最
近幫一位產婦接生,男嬰重達4930公克,逼近5公斤,而這位產婦在懷孕過程中足足胖了
31公斤,尤其是最後三個月,平均每個月增加3-5公斤,為什麼會這樣?原來這個媽媽每
餐要吃一碗半的白飯,再加上長年茹素,像是素雞、素肉這類,高植物性蛋白質的食物,
再加上素食常會用油炸增加口感,也可能會造成體重狂飆,才會生下巨嬰。
皺著小臉,哇哇大哭,可愛的小男嬰,才出生第四天,不過個頭大的嚇人,和旁邊也是剛
出生的baby一比,兩人身高差3公分而已,左邊娃娃3500公克,男嬰重達4930公克,逼近5
公斤。
產婦林小姐:「如果一天三餐正常,各吃一碗飯的話。」記者:「所以是飲食上比較不忌
口嗎?」產婦林小姐:「可能就是(每餐)多個半碗,稍微有點不忌口了啦。」
懷孕後期,每餐增加半碗飯,林小姐整個孕期胖了31公斤,最後3個月平均一個月胖3-5公
斤,最後只能剖腹,而她是吃素,也被醫生認為有可能是生出巨嬰的其中一項因素,因為
素食的人,常吃豆類製品,像是豆漿、豆腐、豆干,加上素雞、素肉,容易攝取過多植物
性蛋白。
康寧醫院院長尹長生:「(素食產品)它可能為了添加口味,有些就煎油炒炸,另外(素食)
的人比較容易餓的話,她可能會添了很多碳水化合物,像是我們粥啊稀飯,還有湯麵這些
東西,那這些麵條還有稀飯粥,它的血糖會比較高。」
醫生表示寶寶太重,會增加媽媽生產風險,而營養師建議,懷孕後期食物熱量攝取,一天
最多增加300大卡,像是半碗白飯就有140大卡,一杯脫脂牛奶是120大卡,小蘋果60大卡
,可以平均分配在一整天裡面止飢當點心,讓媽媽不會餓到,又不至於母子「一暝大一寸
」,增加生產風險。
